BN-IV-50T Digital display Ink viscosity meter (Automatic inkometer, ink tack tester) mainly adopts the highest configuration of modern intelligent industrial control: PLC+touch screen+servo motor, which can clearly and accurately display the instantaneous copper roller revolutions and water tank temperature, and automatically adjust the test conditions that do not meet the requirements (the servo motor can guarantee speed does not exceed 1 revolution).

It ensures that the test conditions are stable under any circumstances, and the accuracy and repeatability of the detection ink viscosity value are guaranteed. The instrument is also equipped with a humanized design, which can be set for automatic measurement and manual measurement. The entire process does not need to be manually operated to test the clutch pressure of the roller and the ink distribution roller, and the instrument completes it automatically.

The instrument sensor and no-load calibration are simple, and the viscosity value can be calibrated to be consistent with the viscosity value of other brands of instruments.
The instrument can be extended to an external PC to read data (optional).
