K5500Plus Nano Microdrop UV Vis Micro-Volume Spectrophotometer DNA and RNA
The micro-volume UV-visible spectrophotometers is generally about 0.5 μL to 2 μL sample amount, and the samples are directly dropped on the sample stage without a cuvette. The micro-volume UV-Vis spectrophotometer can quantify oligonucleotides, single-stranded DNA, double-stranded DNA, and RNA in buffer. The absorption wavelength of the high absorption peak of nucleic acid is 260 nm, and the absorption peak of protein is 280 nm.
The full-wavelength microvolume spectrophotometer can function like a common UV-Vis spectrophotometer. For example, the BIO-DL MicroDrop can display the absorbance of the sample under light waves from 185 to 910 nm. Absorbance values at up to 40 wavelengths can be detected simultaneously and the data displayed in the report.
